Today I called in 2 separate orders. When I went to pick up the order was taken down wrong. But.. the ladies working fixed my order but didn't change the price and also threw in a free pastry for each order. I'd like to show special thanks to the young lady named Jen for me having yet another extremely pleasant experience at Panera bread in Waterford! You guys have a great team there.
